Air France sevens 2000

Created in October 1996, the Air France Rugby Sevens
has become the leading tournament of the new world sevens circuit. Last edition has been a real success, more than 40 000 spectators came to Paris' Charlety stadium over the week-end. This year the tournament is organised by Pion organisation and the French Barbarian's rugby club for the IRB and the FFR. As the final event, it will be the most important tournament of the season, with rugby fans coming from all over Europe to Charlety stadium, on May 27th and 28th.

This year the Air France Rugby Sevens will bring together sixteen teams, on saturday and sunday May 27th and 28th, to Paris. Each day from 11 AM through to 7 PM, spectators will be treated to a match every 20 minutes. Sunday will be devoted to the final rounds of three different competitions : the Cup, the Plate and the Bowl.

We invite you to come, and experience the fun and excitement of this two-days world class rugby tournament.
